Abstract

Adult allergic subsepticemia syndrome(Still's disease) is an autoimmune disease with recurrent fever, transient multiple skin rashes, accompanied by pharyngeal pain, abnormal liver function and abnormal ferritin. Although the clinical morbidity and diagnosis rate are not high, the misdiagnosis rate is very high. This paper introduces a case of adult still disease treated by Professor LU Fang with Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction and Huaban Decoction. The rationality of Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction and Huaban Decoction in the treatment of this disease was analyzed from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and pharmacology. To provide more basis and plan for clinical treatment of adult Still's disease. |
