Nowadays, dysmenorrhea has seriously affected the daily study, routine work and life of women of all ages. The majority of patients are eager to eliminate the pain before and during menstruation. The instructor has rich clinical experience and believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea are nothing more than the two sides of deficiency and excess. The disease is located in the Chong and Ren two vessels. The cold coagulation and blood stasis type is common. Firstly distinguishing deficiency and excess, secondary regulating qi and blood, and treating symptoms and roots with treatments are three characteristic differentiation and treatment methods to treat dysmenorrhea. For dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation and blood stasis type, warm the menstrual flow and dispel cold, and reconcile qi and blood, seeking the root of disease treatment, have good results, exerting the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dysmenorrhea, and the clinical effect is worthy of recognition. One case is attached to support it. |
