A case of Qingying Decoction and Qinghao Biejia Decoction for treatment of difficult febrile diseases |

Abstract
|
This paper reports one case with fever for 3 months and unconsciousness for 22 days as the main complaint. The patient's onset season and observations, smells, inquiries, and examination data were recorded in detail, and the disease differentiation belongs to the summer fever, the syndrome differentiation belongs to the summer heat invades qi-ying syndrome. The early treatment is mainly by clearing heat to qi and the Qingying Decoction is selected. The yin fluid is considered in the later period and the Qingying Decoction and the Qinghao Biejia Decoction are selected. After more than half a month of treatment, the patient no longer has a fever and is discharged after the symptoms resolved. It is hereby reported to provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of modern clinical febrile diseases. |
