Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the serum pharmacochemistry of Jupi Zhuru Decoction.[Methods] The rats were given the freeze-dried powder of Jupi Zhuru Decoction by gavage, and the serum containing the drug was collected. Ultra high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS) was used to compare the chromatograms of Jupi Zhuru Decoction powder, blank serum and administered serum. The data processing software of MetabolitePilot and Peakview were used to identify and infer the migration components in blood according to the retention time, accurate relative molecular mass and fragmentation fragments of secondary mass spectrometry.[Results] After intragastric administration of Jupi Zhuru Decoction lyophilized powder, total of 41 blood components were detected in serum, of which 13 were prototype components and 28 were metabolites.[Conclusion] The blood components of Jupi Zhuru Decoction are preliminarily determined, which provides the basis for elucidating its pharmacodynamic material basis. |
