Abstract
|
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Wuzhi Capsule on the blood concentration of tacrolimus after renal transplantation. [Methods] The 60 patients after kidney transplantation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group were given Tacrolimus Capsule orally in the morning and evening and Wuzhi Capsule in addition, while patients in the control group were given Wuzhi Capsule only orally, and the blood concentration of Tacrolimus was adjusted within the normal range. After 4 weeks,Tacrolimus dose and changes in liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups. [Results] There were no statistically significant differences in age, weight or postoperative duration between the two groups (P>0.05),between two groups after 4 weeks of Tacrolimus blood concentrations and liver and kidney function not statistical difference (P>0.05),while the experimental group than control group in using of Tacrolimus Capsule dosage significantly reduced, statistically significant (P=0.008 3). [Conclusion] After kidney transplantation,Wuzhi Capsule were added to ensure that tacrolimus could reach an appropriate blood concentration,so as to reduce the economic burden of patients and produce greater social benefits. |
