Abstract
|
[Objective] Using 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing technology, the effect of Jiaotai Pills on intestinal flora in rats with chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) was studied, and the antidepressant effect of Jiaotai Pills was discussed. [Methods] The depression rat models were prepared by CUMS method. After the experiment, the feces of each group of rats were collected, and the changes of flora structure were analyzed by 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing. [Results] Compared with the control group, the abundance of Lachnospiraceae, Bacteroides and Blautia in the model group decreased, and the abundance of Ruminococcaceae increased;compared with the model group, the abundance of Lachnospiraceae,Bacteroides and Akkermansia in Jiaotai Pills group increased, while the abundance of Ruminococcaceae decreased. [Conclusion] Jiaotai Pills has antidepressant effect on CUMS model rats. Its mechanism might be related to the regulation of intestinal flora and the change of neurotransmitters and nerve factors related to intestinal flora. |
