| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Determined and compared the content of 11 main effective components in 19 batches of Epimedium in different primordium and 4 batches of Wushan Epiepiepicabin. [Methods] The content of Neochlorogenic acid,Chlorogenic acid,Cryptochlorogenic acid,Magnolia alkaloid,Epimedine A,Epimedine B,Epimedin C,Icariin,Epimedium A,Epimedin B and Baohuoside I in Epimedium and Wushan Epiepiepicabin were determined by LC30 ultra performance liquid chromatography and Shim-pack GISS C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.9 μm) gradient elution,and the principal component analysis(PCA) was used to distinguish the four basic sources of Epimedium. [Results] The content detection results showed that the content range of icariin in Epiepimedium,Korean Epimedium,Epimedium pubescens and Wushan Epiepiepicabin was 2.04~12.49 mg/g,2.39~11.32 mg/g,6.54~9.32 mg/g,and 5.16~17.28 mg/g;the Epimedine A was 0.43~2.11 mg/g,0.17~3.31 mg/g,and 1.85~2.49 mg/g,the Epimedine B was 0.22~13.86 mg/g,1.84~4.22 mg/g,2.48~3.35 mg/g and 1.77~4.61 mg/g;the Epimedin C was 0~8.21 mg/g,0~2.62 mg/g,15.50~21.15 mg/g and 16.79~34.96 mg/g,the Chlorogenic acid was 0.17~1.19 mg/g,0.87~1.95 mg/g,0.35~0.77 mg/g and 0~1.42 mg/g. PCA showed that there was obviously different among Korean Epimedium,Epimedium and Epimedium pubescens. [Conclusion] It is recommended to establish a separate quality control test index for Epimedium pubescens. |
