Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the quality difference of water extract of Asarum from different areas by establishing HPLC fingerprint. [Methods] Zorbax eclipse plus C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used;0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (A)-acetonitrile (B) was used as mobile phase for gradient elution;flow rate was 1 mL/min;column temperature was 30℃;injection volume was 5 μL;detection wavelength was 285 nm. The fingerprints of 10 batches of water extracts of Asarum were established. The quality of water extracts of Asarum was evaluated by similarity analysis, cluster analysis (HCA),partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA),orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) and principal component analysis (PCA). [Results] The 20 common peaks were identified in the fingerprint of water extract of Asarum. Six chemical components were identified by comparison with the reference substance. The similarity of 10 batches of samples was more than 0.908. HCA,PLS-DA,OPLS-DA and PCA showed that there were some quality differences among 10 batches of water extracts of Asarum. These results can be used to evaluate the quality of water extracts of Asarum from different areas. [Conclusion] HPLC fingerprint combined with chemical pattern recognition technology can systematically and comprehensively evaluate the quality of water extract of Asarum. The study on the water extract of Asarum can further improve the quality evaluation of Asarum. |
