Abstract
[Objective] This paper analyzes the medication rules, prescription characteristics and academic thoughts of Professor WANG Jingui in the treatment of spastic torticollis, and provides a new reference for the treatment of the disease.[Methods] By two people making the information input, the outpatient prescriptions of Professor WANG Jingui for treating spastic torticollis were input into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.5)" and the relevant database was established. Advanced data mining methods, such as association law analysis, improved interactive information method, complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method, were used to analyze the database for four characters (FC) and five tastes (FT), meridian distribution and medication frequency statistics, drug combination and prescription rule analysis.[Results] The 152 prescriptions were screened for the treatment of spastic torticollis, which involved 129 drugs, with a cumulative frequency of 2 842 times. Bupleuri Radix, roasted Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Poria, Polygalae Radix, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were high-frequency traditional Chinese medicinal materials, liver meridian and spleen meridian were high-frequency meridian tropism, which were basically for Decoction for Eplepsy, Guizhi Gegen Decoction and Yueju Pills and other drugs.[Conclusion] Through data mining, it comes to a conclusion that Professor WANG Jingui treats spasmodic torticollis on the basis of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen, opening the orifices and waking up the mind, relieving muscles and stopping spasm, and attaches importance to dialectical selection, clinical addition and subtraction, and creates a governance system combining disease and syndrome, so as to provide data support for clinical and further scientific research.
