Osteoarthritis belongs to the category of "arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine of the motherland. Arthralgia syndrome is one of the most common diseases in orthopedics, with a high incidence. In the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, you can see the description of arthralgia syndrome in many chapters, inheriting the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, and enlightening later generations. The content is intensive and concise, the dialectical is precise, and the legislative prescriptions are rigorous. So far, it has important guiding significance for clinical practice. This article discussed the origin, etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis based on the theory of arthritis in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, with a view to benefiting clinical practice. |
