Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the regulation effect of Fuzheng Capsule extract on immune function of immunosuppressed mice.[Methods] Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive control group, and Fuzheng Capsule extract low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups with 10 mice in each group. The immunocompromise model of mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. Thymus index and spleen index, monocyte phagocytic, serum levels of Interleukin 4 (IL-4), Interleukin 10 (IL-10), Interleukin 17 (IL-17), Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), Interferon gamma (IFN-γ) and the distribution and proportion of CD3+T lymphocytes(CD3+), CD4+T lymphocytes (CD4+)、CD8+T lymphocytes (CD8+).[Results] Fuzheng capsule extract can improve the thymus index and spleen index of immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide, enhance the phagocytic function of monocytes, significantly increase the contents of cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ, and decrease the contents of IL-17, TNF-α.The expression of CD3+CD4+ and the ratio of CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+ were up-regulated.[Conclusion] Fuzheng Capsule extract can improve the immune function of immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
