Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine for simple obesity on the basis of cluster analysis and association analysis in order to provide reference for clinical medication.[Methods] Through China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI), Wanfang Database, Vip Database and China Biomedical Literature Database, we screened the literatures of Chinese medicine treatment of simple obesity that met the inclusion criteria from the establishment of the database to December 2019, extracted the data of the included literatures, and established the database by using Excel 2010. Excel 2010, SPSS statistics 25.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the medication rule.[Results] The 88 references were included, involving 103 Chinese medicinal decoctions and 146 kinds of Chinese herbs which herbs frequency reached 1008. 10 Chinese herbs with high frequency are Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala, Alisma orientalis, Hawthorn, Licorice, Rhubarb, Dried tangerine peel, Cassia seed, Lotus leaf and Pinellia ternata. The types of commonly used Chinese herbs are tonic herbs, damp-draining diuretic herbs, heat-clearing herbs, qi-regulating herbs and digestant herbs. The top 3 most often used kinds of flavors are sweet, bitter and sim. The mild property is the most common property. Spleen is the most common channel tropism. Association analysis showed 8 strongly related herb pairs, 10 strongly related combinations of 3 kinds of herbs and 5 strongly related combinations of 4 kinds of herbs.Cluster analysis showed 3 prescriptions.[Conclusion] The main medication strategy is tonifying qi, removing dampness and invigorating the spleen, with some of heat-clearing and qi-regulating.The results can be used for reference in clinical treatment.
