Abstract
|
The diagnosis and treatment mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a diagnosis and treatment mode of "treatment based on syndrome differentiation and combination of disease and syndrome" gradually formed through the continuous summary in long-term theory, basic research, and clinical practice. Through the combination of disease oriented model diagnosis and treatment of Western medicine and individual oriented personalized diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, we can give full play to their respective advantages to maximize the treatment effect and better serve patients. However, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is not a simple addition of traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine. How to combine the two to give full play to their maximum advantages to benefit society, getting out of the bottleneck of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a problem that should be considered at this stage. Professor GAO Yongxiang believes that the six carriages should be followed in the diagnosis and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. 1)Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine learn from each other. 2)Give play to the synergistic effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. 3)The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can reduce toxicity and increase efficiency. 4)The emperor, minister, assistant and envoy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. 5)Consider patient compliance. 6)Pay attention to the economic burden of the country and patients. Finally, Professor GAO Yongxiang also said that relevant policies should fully support the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the establishment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine departments. |
