Abstract
    According to the current national policy, this article reviews the research content and progress of critical step in the development of classical famous formulations which is the correlation of material benchmarks. For the research process of medicinal materials-prepared pieces-substance benchmarks, the research methods were reviewed from the perspectives of ointment extraction rate, index component transfer rate and fingerprint evaluation, which provide references for the quality correlation research in the development process of classical famous formulations substance benchmarks. At the same time, it summarized the published research results of the standard value transfer of classic famous prescription substances in CNKI, and analyzed the reasons for the excessive fluctuation of mass transfer. This article hopes to provide ideas and references for the research on the quality relevance of the classical famous formula material standards.
