Abstract
|
Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) is a complicated and heterogeneous disease and more than half of the patients have failed to find out the exact cause of the disease, known as unexplained recurrent abortion (URSA), which is thought to be due to immunological mechanisms probably. In recent years, it has been found that T lymphocytes and their subsets are closely related to RSA. However, the mechanisms of immunologic imbalance are unknown. Here, we will review the changes of T-cells in RSA, so as to explore the relationship between the imbalance of immune cells at maternal-fetal interface and RSA. |
