Abstract

Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most common complications of diabetes and is an important part of end-stage renal disease. Western medicine mainly relies on the treatment of primary disease to delay disease progression. The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is not yet clear. Microcirculation disorders, inflammation, oxidative stress are closely related. Due to the high repeatability and operability of animal experiments, Chinese herbal compound, single Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese herbal medicine active ingredients have obvious curative effect. In this study, a summary of the experimental research on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease by traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years. |
