Abstract
|
Using the mathematical logic of Hetu' s "Sheng" and "Cheng" numbers, combined with the theories of "excess" and "deficiency" in the doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, this paper makes an in- depth research on the origin of the numbers of"18 days"9 days"12 days"7 days" and"4 days" in the exposition from "holding the true internal organs pulse" in the Special Chapter of Yin and Yang in Plain Questions, and probe into the mathematical logic behind the numbers. Moreover, use this to elucidate the general law of the growth and decline of heaven and earth, Yin and Yang contained in the mathematics of Huangdi' s Internal Classic. On this basis, explore the theoretical connotation of traditional Chinese medicine behind it, and closely combine it with clinical practice. |
