Abstract
|
Stagnant acupuncture therapy is a set of characteristic acupuncture therapy combining the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine with the minimally invasive technology of modern medicine. It takes the improved stagnant acupuncture as the tool,"static stagnant acupuncture" as the premise and "dynamic acupuncture" as the means to cooperate with patients to actively participate in the treatment of diseases. According to the corresponding etiology and symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,under the guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,"ventilating meridians and strengthening yang for unobstructed,regulating qi and tendons for smoothness,and softing hard for relaxation",the "dynamic six steps and six methods" treatment scheme is summarized,which is dynamic ventilating meridians and regulating tendons propaganda,dynamic qi and blood balance conditioning,dynamic structure conditioning and recovery,dynamic energy balance conditioning,dynamic soft hard dispersing knots and removing blood stasis,and dynamic relaxation tension,to restore the static and dynamic force balance of cervical muscles,bones and joints,which provide a new idea for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. |
