Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine health investigation and research, and provide theoretical reference for clinical traditional Chinese medicine health research,so as to lay a scientific foundation. [Methods] By searching the full-text database, using Note Express 3.20,Excel 2016,SATI 3.2,UCINET 6.0 software, using bibliometrics and social network analysis method to understand the research status and research hotspots. [Results] There were 138 literatures included in the health survey of traditional Chinese medicine, and the amount of papers issued in 2011-2017 was basically on the rise, while that in 2017-2019 was on the decline. The 121 journal papers were distributed in 86 kinds of journals, and the journals with the most papers were Chinese Medicine Modern Distance Education of China and Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research, each with 5 papers. There were 138 literatures included,431 authors participated in the publication, and the top three journals with the most papers were published. The authors were LUO Ren (11 papers,7.97%),ZHAO Xiaoshan (8 papers,5.80%),BI Jianlu (5 papers,3.62%). The 70 papers (50.72%) were supported by scientific research funds. The research contents were mainly physique (81 papers,58.70%) and sub-health (32 papers, 23.19%). The research methods were all sampling survey, with cluster sampling (17 papers,12.32%) and stratified sampling(11 papers). According to the social network map,"sub-health"constitution of traditional Chinese medicine" and "epidemiological investigation" were the research hot spots with the strongest correlation. [Conclusion] The number of articles published in health investigation and research of traditional Chinese medicine has decreased, and there is no "core author group." Moreover, the funding rate of national funds is weak,so it still needs the support of national government funds and researchers' attention. At the same time,we should pay attention to the research on physical health and mental health in the future.
