Abstract
|
The main clinical symptoms of intestinal obstruction are nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and no exhaust defecation, which can directly affect the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients. Western medicine treatment is based on conservative treatment such as fasting, correcting water-electrolyte disorders,anti-infection,enema and gastrointestinal decompression. In the course of treatment,it is often converted to complete intestinal obstruction and needs surgery. This paper introduces a case of incomplete intestinal obstruction after hematoma evacuation of cerebral hemorrhage treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine under the conservative treatment of Western medicine. The clinical symptoms of the patient improved significantly and the gastrointestinal function recovered quickly. |
