| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Tongluo Xingshen acupuncture combined with Miu needling in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.[Methods] Seventy patients with motor aphasia after stroke were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table,with 35 cases in each group. Both groups received Schuell language training. The control group received the acupuncture method of "Tongluo Xingshen",while the observation group adopted the method of "Miu needling"(Tongli,Shentang and Shenmen) on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment,the scores of Chinese language standard aphasia examination scale,aphasia quotient,aphasia severity grade,stroke aphasia quality of life scale (SAQOL-39),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were compared between the two groups. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.[Results] After treatment,the scores of language function,aphasia quotient,quality of life and MoCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the total score of NIHSS was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the degree of aphasia (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.43%,P<0.05).[Conclusion] The acupuncture method of Tongluo Xingshen combined with Miu acupuncture can obviously improve the language expression,understanding and communication ability of patients with motor aphasia after stroke,and improve their neurological function defect,cognitive function and daily living ability. |
