Abstract
|
[Objective] Through a strictly designed clinical randomized controlled trial, the clinical efficacy of fixed-point oblique rotation method in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders was observed,so as to provide a more effective treatment method with a higher success rate for patients with lumbar facet joint disorders.[Methods] The 48 patients with lumbar facet joint disorders meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. The experimental group and the control group were treated with fixed point oblique pulling method and traditional oblique pulling method, respectively. The VAS and ROM scores, tenderness values, infrared thermal imaging results and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.[Results] Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS and ROM scores, tenderness and temperature between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment,VAS,ROM score and temperature of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment, and the tenderness value increased, and the decreasing range of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 92%,better than that of the control group (62%,P<0.05).[Conclusion] Compared with the traditional oblique pulling method, the fixed-point oblique pulling method has concentrated strength, high success rate, strong operability, can greatly reduce the patient's lumbar pain, improve the lumbar mobility, has a better clinical effect for the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders, has a certain value of clinical application. |
