Abstract
Gastrointestinal mucosal intraepithelial neoplasia is a former disease of gastric cancer, which has the risk of gastric cancer. Yang is active and yin is static,so the article claimed that the abnormal proliferation and differentiation of in gastric mucosal cells with disordered apoptosis cycle are the embodiment of the imbalance of yin and yang at the level of cell genes based on the relationship between yin and yang disorder and gene regulation disorder, and then explored the etiology, pathogenesis and treatments based on different syndromes and pathogenesis of gastric mucosal intraepithelial neoplasia,to provide more theoretical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of in and enrich the clinical means of the treatment of the disease.
