Abstract
|
[Objective] In order to select the optimum photoperiod of Pinielila ternata bud growth.[Methods] The seedlings of piniellia ternata were placed under LED lamp with timer and treated with different photoperiods (2,4, 6,8,10,12,14 h/d),and the growth morphology, bud harvesting and germination of piniellia ternata were observed and recorded. The pigment content of leaves was determined by UV spectrophotometer, entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to carry out comprehensive evaluation.[Results] The morphological indexes increased firstly and then decreased with the extension of photoperiod. Pigment content was proportional to illumination time. At 8 h/d photoperiod, the harvest index of piniellia ternata was the highest, and the germination index was the highest at 4 h/d photoperiod, which was significantly higher than other groups. The comprehensive evaluation results of entropy weight TOPSIS method showed that the photoperiod of piniellia ternata bud cultivation at 8 h/d was better than that of other groups.[Conclusion] The optimum photoperiod was 8 h/d,which could improve the growth of piniellia ternate buds effectively. |
