Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of Qingtan Huayu Recipe on the quality of life of stable coronary heart disease patients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome.[Methods] The outpatients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome of stable coronary heart disease were included and randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with Qingtan Huayu Recipe on the basis of the original western medicine treatment, and the control group continued to be treated with the original western medicine routine treatment. The course of treatment was(10±3) d. After treatment, the effect of Seattle angina questionnaire score(physical limitation, angina pectoris attack, treatment satisfaction, disease awareness) was evaluated, and angina pectoris score, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score were evaluated, and adverse events were recorded.[Results] After treatment, the scores of physical limitations, angina pectoris attack, treatment satisfaction, disease awareness in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment. After treatment, the angina score(P<0.05) and TCM syndrome score(P<0.01) of the former were significantly lower than those of the latter. There was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups.[Conclusion] Qingtan Huayu Recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the quality of life in stable coronary heart disease patients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome. |
