Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on reduced antibiotic use after Cesarean section.[Methods] 140 cases of undergoing cesarean section July 2018 to January 2020 were chosen as research subjects;through Excel program, subjects were numerically symbolized and randomly classified into treatment group (70 cases, traditional Chinese medicine) and control group(70 cases, routine treatment). Treatment effects were appraised through white blood cell count and neutrophile granulocyte after 1 d and 3 d of surgery as well as fundus height, initial exhaust time and bowel time, hospital stays, surgical complications like intrauterine infection, urinary system infection, incisional wound infection and fever.[Results] After 1 d of surgery, the white blood cell count and neutrophile granulocyte between the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after 3 d of surgery, white blood cell count and neutrophile granulocyte levels in the treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);fundus height, initial exhaust time, bowel time and hospital stays in the treatment group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05);complication rate in the treatment group(5.71%) was lower than that of control group(15.71%) (P<0.05).[Conclusion] After cesarean section, TCM can remarkably stabilize the illness state, control the infections, reduce the complication rate, and improve the treatment safety and prognosis.
