Abstract
|
[Objective] A rapid and sensitive UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method was used for qualitative analysis of chemical constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa.[Methods] The chromatographic conditions were ZORBAX Eclipse plus C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) with water (0.2% formic acid)-acetonitrile (0.2% formic acid) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min and column temperature of 30℃. Using electrospray ion source, positive and negative ion scanning detection, data in this study analysis by PeakView software.[Results] A total of 64 compounds were identified, including 42 alkaloids, 8 limonin, 8 flavone glycosides, 3 phenylpropanoids and 3 other compounds.[Conclusion] This experimental method can quickly and accurately analyze the chemical constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa, and lay a foundation for the study of the toxic components and pharmacodynamic components of Evodia rutaecarpa. |
