Abstract
|
[Objective] The volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in Qinggan Qiuyin and chrysanthemum were comprehensively analyzed.[Methods] Headspace gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(HS-GC-IMS) technology was used to construct the fingerprint of VOCs of Qinggan Qiuyin and chrysanthemum, and the common peaks were identified;Headspace solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) technology was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of VOCs in Qinggan Qiuyin.[Results] The 41 VOCs were identified by HS-GC-IMS, and 85 VOCs were identified by HS-SPME-GC-MS, among which 6 overlapping chemical components were detected by both methods. The quantitative results of HS-SPME-GC-MS showed that ketones, hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters and rings accounted for 51.97%, 18.15%, 13.05%, 6.17% and 4.41% of the total VOCs, and the above VOCs accounted for more than 85%.[Conclusion] A total of 120 VOCs were identified from Qinggan Qiuyin by qualitative and quantitative analysis, among which perilla ketone, isoegomaketone, (Z)-chrysanthenyl acetate, β-caryophyllene and so on may be its main pharmacodynamic components. |
