Abstract
|
[Objective] The flavonoid chemical constituents in the aerial parts(stems and leaves) of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. were analyzed to provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. and the clarification of its medicinal material basis. [Methods] The alcohol-extracted samples of the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. were precipitated and divided into water-soluble and fat-soluble parts. Samples were tested by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS). Data was processed and analyzed using Xcalibur software, and the resulting component molecular mass and multilevel map fragment information were identified in document, database and standards. [Results] A total of 100 flavonoids were detected from the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza glabra L.,and 97 species were found for the first time in the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza glabra L.. Among them,61 species were detected in water-soluble samples, and 69 species were detected in fat-soluble samples. [Conclusion] Through UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,a rapid and accurate qualitative method was established for the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza glabra L.,and it was confirmed that the content of flavonoids was abundant, which provided a basis for further development and utilization. |
