Myelodysplastic syndromes are a group of heterogeneous myeloid tumors that originate from hematopoietic stem cells and are characterized by pathological hematopoietic hematopoiesis and high-risk conversion to acute myeloid leukemia. Their gangrenous pyoderma is a rare type. The situation often means poor prognosis. The diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of myelodysplastic syndrome combined with pyoderma gangrenosum treated in our department are now sorted out, hoping to provide new treatment basis and theoretical ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
