Abstract
[Objective] To understand the current research status of viral pneumonia and related immune response, and to analyze the hot spots and research development trends in this field.[Methods] Web of Science (WOS) core collection database from 2000 to July 2020 related to viral pneumonia and its immune response regulation-related literature as a literature sample was searched, based on bibliometric research methods, using citespace analysis of field literature data for national cooperation, institutional cooperation,keywords,etc..[Results] A total of 796 related documents were detected,The United States leads the world in the number of publications, researchers and results,The National Institutes of Health of the United States is the institution with the most publications. China's research is in the stage of continuous development, and there are also good cooperation and exchanges with other countries, and domestic exchanges need to be enhanced. The main hot topics are respiratory syncytial virus, influenza, pathogenesis, cytokine expression, inflammation, etc.[Conclusion] Research in this field is affected by the outbreak of the epidemic and is currently in the development stage. Countries around the world should strengthen scientific research cooperation and exchanges at home and abroad to improve the overall research level of epidemic prevention.
