Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the temperature change and powder particle size during the crushing process of Kaixin Powder,and to compare the content differences of components in Kaixin Powder after different crushing methods. [Methods] Five non-volatile components were quantitatively analyzed by HPLC-PDA method,and volatile components were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by HS-SPME/GC-MS technology. [Results] In the process of modern machine crushing,the temperature measured was the highest(55℃),and the particle size of the powder was the smallest (973.74 nm). The particle size of the powder obtained by traditional grinding is smaller than that of traditional mashing,and the difference in temperature between the two methods is not obvious. HPLC-PDA method shows that:for the five non-volatile components,the content of Kaixin Powder obtained by traditional grinding is the highest,and the content of Kaixin Powder obtained by modern machine crushing is the lowest. A total of 56 common compounds were identified by HS-SPME/GC-MS technology from Kaixin Powder,among which traditional mashing accounted for 93.19%,traditional grinding accounted for 94.16%,and modern machine crushing accounted for 94.04%,can be divided into 8 categories,of which ethers account for the highest proportion(80.38%),and the most terpenoid species(36 species). [Conclusion] There are some differences in the content of ingredients of Kaixin Powder after being prepared by different crushing methods,among which the ingredients of Kaixin Powder prepared by traditional grinding can be largely retained. The two detection methods are simple,practical and reliable,which provide reference for the quality control of Kaixin Powder. |
