Abstract
|
Airway hyperreactivity(AHR),as a common clinical disease characteristic,is mainly seen in bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, novel coronavirus disease, gastroesophageal reflux and other diseases. The increasing incidence of AHR directly threatens human health. To study the etiology and pathogenesis of these diseases, and to develop and evaluate new drugs, mature and reliable experimental animal models are needed as tools. In this paper, the modeling methods of the above four kinds of animal models with airway hyperreactivity are discussed, which can provide reference for the basic research of these diseases. |
