Abstract
|
Infantile enuresis is one of the most commom clinical disease, and its prevalence has gradually increased in recent years. Infantile enuresis may not only affect the neurological and mental development of children, but also adversely affect the physical and mental growth of children. Suoquan Pill is one of the most effective prescriptions in the clinical treatment of pediatric enuresis. By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years, this paper briefly explained that Suoquan Pill maintained the balance of β3-adrenergic receptor(β3-AR) and M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor(M3 receptor),regulating the abnormal pelvic nerve discharge, and regulating the ion channel to stabilize the detrusor muscle to warm the kidney qi,shrink urine and stop urination, which provides some objective basis for the clinical efficacy mechanism of Suoquan pill. |
