| Abstract

| Based on the xuanfu theory,it is believed that xuanfu depression and abnormal gas-liquid circulation are the core pathogenesis of hand-foot syndrome. From the destruction of yang qi by chemotherapy drugs,xuanfu loses its nourishment and opens and closes disadvantageously,to xuanfu depression,yang depression turns into heat,long-term stagnant heat leads to dryness,xuanfu qi and fluid are not distributed,the skin loses moisture,xuanfu depression due to deficiency and deficiency due to depression,xuanfu depression always runs through the occurrence and development process of hand-foot syndrome. In this regard,the general treatment principle is to open the door to the government. It puts forward the treatment methods of warming yang,clearing away heat and nourishing yin,and always attaches importance to the application of wind drugs,so as to provide new ideas and new methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hand-foot syndrome. |
