Abstract
The rhythmic pain of duodenal ulcer often occurs or worsens at night, which is consistent with the theory of "Danhui,Zhouan,Xijia and Yeshen" in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic. Based on this, this paper analyzes the aggravation of duodenal ulcer at night according to the theory of yin and yang, the theory of meridian qi and blood flow and modern medical research,in order to more comprehensively grasp the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of the disease and provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of duodenal ulcer.
