Abstract
    From the perspective of women,based on the physiological relationship between the heart and the liver and the same period of time between liver failure and menopause,this paper deeply explores that the initial failure of liver qi is the starting point of the disease. then,from the pathological relationship of the heart and liver,it is discussed that yin blood and yang qi affect the normal physiological function of the heart under the function of storing blood and catharsis of the liver. in addition,the daily accumulation of physiological characteristics of sad pulse in women can easily lead to the occurrence of coronary heart disease (CHD). And put forward the corresponding treatment ideas of softening the liver and soothing the liver,and choose the products that enter the liver meridian in the prescription. It is expected to be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of CHD in postmenopausal women in the future.
