Abstract
|
[Objective] To systematically evaluate the relative clinical efficacy of 11 Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of anorexia in children. [Methods] The randomized controlled trials of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of anorexia in children were searched in CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, web of science and the Cochrane library database by computer. The search time was from the establishment of the database to May 5, 2022. RevMan 5.3, GeMTC 0.14.3 and Stata 14.0 software were used for result presentation and data analysis. [Results] The 48 randomized controlled trials with a total of 7 113 subjects involving 11 kinds of Chinese patent medicines were included in this study. The results showed that the total clinical effective rates of different intervention measures were as follows:Changweikang Granule>Shanmai Jianpi Oral Liquid>Qihuzha Granule>Xiaoer Piweile Granule>Erkangning>sea buckthorn emulsion>Xingpi Yanger Granule>Jianshen Xiaodao Granule>Xiaoer Jianpi Pill>Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid>Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets>conventional Western medicine. [Conclusion] The curative effect of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of infantile anorexia is relatively accurate, which is worthy of clinical promotion. Moreover, the probability ranking of Changweikang Granule, Shanmai Jianpi Oral Liquid and Qihuzha Granule is higher, which is the most likely to be the best intervention measure. The best intervention measures for patients can be carefully selected in combination with the results of this study and the actual clinical situation. |
