Abstract
|
[Objective] To understand the application status, development trend and research hotspots in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in China, and to provide reference for related research directions and research topics in the future. [Methods] CiteSpace was used to visualize the literatures in this field published in the database of CNKI from the establishment of the database until November 15, 2021. The content includes the number of papers, periodicals, authors, scientific research institutions, keywords, etc. [Results] A total of 1 355 literatures were included. Through visual analysis, it was found that with the increasing popularity of research on the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection by TCM, in China, the number of papers published in this field was increasing year by year as a whole, and the maximum number of papers in 2018 was 115. It mainly forms a cooperation network represented by WANG Weiming of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, JIANG Zhiyan and JIANG Yonghong of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, WU Zhenqi and WANG Xuefeng of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and LI Xinmin of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. High-frequency keywords indicate research hotspots:pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, azithromycin, clinical efficacy, cough, etc. [Conclusion] The main research contents in this field can be divided into three categories:integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy, TCM syndrome and treatment innovation, and mechanism of action research direction. |
