Abstract
|
At present, the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer have increased significantly, so it is of great significance to advance the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer to the pregastric cancer stage. Precancerous lesions of stomach cancer are a pathological process of immune imbalance under the comprehensive action of multiple factors, multiple links and internal and external causes. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is permeated with modern immune thought. The occurrence of precancerous lesions of stomach cancer is closely related to the imbalance of yin and yang, the disharmony of qi and blood, and the conflict between good and evil. Based on the principle of "treating middle jiao as balance", this paper discusses the therapeutic effect of TCM on pregastric cancer immune imbalance by supporting yang and suppressing yang, regulating qi and blood, and consolidating root and dispelling evil by adhering to the principle of "balance" and "leveling". |
