Abstract
|
Based on the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer patients with postoperative dumping syndrome and the classical theory of "atmospheric depression",the important role of "atmospheric depression" in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer was expounded. It was proposed that spleen and stomach injury,qi deficiency and atmospheric depression were the pathogenesis basis, and qi deficiency and atmospheric depression were the core pathogenesis, and phlegm-stasis obstruction and cancer toxic-depression were the turning point of the disease. The treatment emphasizes the primary and secondary of good and evil, and focuses on the difference of pathogenesis. The changes are added and subtraction on the basis of the method of nourishing qi and rising depression. Fuzheng takes the spleen and stomach as the core and takes into account the changes of viscera. |
