Abstract
|
Suwen Tangye Laoli Lun records that “Some diseases, instead of starting from the skin and hair” puts forward the concept of “internal injury edema”. The main pathogenesis of internal injury edema are the failure and suppression of yang qi in the five zang-organs. From the perspective of the five zang-organs,the author believes that both the failure and suppression of yang qi in the five zang-organs can lead to the internal injury edema. The failure of yang qi is related to the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney. The suppression of yang qi is related to the liver, spleen and lung. The treatment principles are “kai guimen”,“jie jingfu” and “quyu chencuo”. Under its guidance, the author looks for specific therapy methods of internal injury edema from the perspective of the five zang-organs based on the character and location of the disease. |
