Abstract
|
[Objective] Based on the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,to explore the regularity of the compatibility of “Ephedra-Gypsum” in medication. [Method] Statistical analysis was conducted on the flavor of the “Ephedra-Gypsum” classic formula through the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Inheritance Assistance Platform. [Result] In the compatibility formula of “Ephedra-Gypsum”,Licorice,Ephedra,and Gypsum are the core medicinal flavor combinations;The medicinal taste is mainly warm,followed by cold;The five flavors are mainly spicy and sweet;The main meridian is the lung meridian;The symptoms involve two major symptom groups,one being fever,bad wind,sweating,pulse floating,and asthma as the core symptom group;The second symptom group is characterized by swelling,yellowing,heavy pulse,and poor urination;The dosage ratio of Ephedra combined with Gypsum varies with the pathogenesis. [Conclusion] The pathogenic factors of the “Ephedra-Gypsum” meridian are divided into intangible and tangible,and the two are often mixed;The pathological mechanism of the “Ephedra-Gypsum” meridian formula revolves around the changes in the function of promoting and eliminating the lung;The combination of “Ephedra-Gypsum” uses ephedra as the core. |
