Effect analysis of acupuncture in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in endometriosis with qi deficiency and blood stasis

Abstract
    [Objective] To analyze the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea with qi deficiency and blood stasis. [Methods] A total of 60 patients with endometriosis with qi deficiency and blood stasis and dysmenorrhea diagnosed and treated by Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected and divided into three groups according to the random number table method,including 20 cases in the Western medicine group(oral drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ.),20 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group(Chinese medicine non-decoction granules for qi and blood stasis),and 20 cases in the acupuncture group(main acupoints: Zhongguan,Qihai,Guan Yuan,Zhongji acupoints,etc.),and the treatment effects of the three groups were compared From January 2022 to June 2022,60 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea diagnosed and treated by our hospital were selected and divided into three groups according to the random number table method,including 20 cases in the western medicine group,20 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 20 cases in the acupuncture group,and the treatment effects of the three groups were compared. [Results] The total effective rate of the acupuncture and moxibustion group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05);Comparison of pain control among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);At the 4th,8th and 12th week of treatment,the VAS score of the acupuncture and moxibustion group was lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05);Before treatment,compare the TCM syndrome scores of the three groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the acupuncture and moxibustion group was lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05);Comparison of hemodynamic indicators among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the pulsation index(PI) and resistance index(RI) of endometrial blood flow in the acupuncture and moxibustion group were lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05);Before treatment,compare the immune function indicators of the three groups(P>0.05);After treatment,CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ in the acupuncture and moxibustion group were higher than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P<0.05),while CD8+ was lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P<0.05);Comparison of quality of life scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the quality-of-life score of the acupuncture and moxibustion group was lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Acupuncture for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea with qi deficiency and blood stasis can improve the endocrine function and hemodynamic status of patients,enhance the immune function of patients,and improve the analgesic effect.
