Abstract
|
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is a disease characterized by diffuse alveolitis and structural disturbances in the alveoli,eventually leading to interstitial fibrosis of the lungs. Clinically,nintedanib or pirfenidone is often used for treatment,but it is prone to drug resistance and has many adverse reactions. In this paper,by reviewing the relevant literature on the intervention mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) compound for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in recent years,we found that Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Shizao Decoction,Bufei Decoction,Maimendong Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Yangfei Huoxue Decoction have certain intervention effects on IPF,which mechanism of action is mainly related to the regulation of TGF-β1/Smad,PI3K-Akt,NF-κB and other signaling pathways,anti-inflammatory and regulation of oxidative stress. In this paper,we summarized the experimental research on the intervention mechanism of IPF by TCM compound in the past five years,and summarized the high frequency of medicinal odors and their efficacy classification,so as to provide reference for further exploring the mechanism of TCM against IPF. |
