ZHANG Xichun’s dietary therapy thoughts are rich. Exploring his dietary therapy thoughts from the perspective of “mutual transformation between medicine and food”,it is found that ZHANG Xichun’s dietary therapy thoughts can be summarized as “transforming food into medicine,and transforming medicine into food”. The former emphasizes turning food into medicine and treating various diseases by combining food with medicine. The latter emphasizes the transformation of medicine into food,converting it into a daily diet to achieve health preservation and wellness. Exploring ZHANG Xichun’s dietary therapy thoughts are of certain reference significance to the treatment of diseases with the compatibility of Chinese medicine and food,as well as the use of tonic diet for health care. |
