Abstract
[Objective] To explore the quality of research methods and the distribution of current research hotspots in Chinese clinical controlled trials of sub-health. [Methods] CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data were searched, and the articles were screened by note express 3.2.0 combined with manual reading. The research methods, publication time, core authors, journal distribution, fund distribution, intervention measures, subjects and efficiency were analyzed System overview analysis. [Results] 141 articles were included in the study, and the number of articles published in the past five years was significantly reduced. It can be seen that in recent years, the attention on clinical trials of Chinese medicine in sub-health state was on the decline trend;most of the clinical trials were randomized controlled trials, accounting for 78.72% of the total literatures, but only 34.23% of the total literatures clarified randomized methods, and the sample content was generally low,and the article credibility was low;389 authors were involved, according to price The law has not yet formed a core author group;67 journals have not yet formed a core journal;the provincial fund projects are the most, followed by the national level;high frequency keyword analysis,sub-health is still a hot word, followed by sub-health status, clinical efficacy;25 subjects, more extensive. [Conclusion] The research shows that the research heat of Chinese medicine sub-health clinical trial is much lower, but the subjects are relatively broad and representative, and there are more sub-health people now,so we should pay attention to the research and research preciseness of Chinese medicine sub-health clinical trial.
