Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical consistency of the protocol in the Guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine:enuresis in children from multiple dimensions such as diagnosis, treatment, prevention and care, and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] A total of 205 children with enuresis were collected from 10 tertiary hospitals in different regions as evaluation agencies, and the case investigation and analysis method were used for statistical analysis. [Results] The clinical application of enuresis in children was consistent with the content of the guidelines, and compared with the non-guidelines,the children treated with the guidelines achieved better efficacy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The guidelines for pediatric enuresis are consistent with clinical practice, and have guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of children with enuresis, which is worthy of promotion. |
