Abstract
|
Based on modern medical research, hyperprolactinemia is a common clinical endocrine disease, mainly adenohypophysial disease, reflected in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis dysfunction, clinical symptoms of sporadic menstruation, small amount, and even amenorrhea,or accompanied by galactorrhea, habitual abortion, infertility and other symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) believes that the disease belongs to “amenorrhea” “lactate before childbirth” “infertility” and other categories,it mainly involves three viscera:liver, spleen and kidney. The first-line drug used in Western medicine to treat this disease is dopamine receptor agonist, which has obvious toxic side effects and high recurrence rate and is difficult to cure. However,Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage and other means to treat this disease have significant curative effect, low recurrence rate and good prognosis. From the current clinical application,TCM treatment of hyperprolactinemia has its unique advantages and good prospects for development. |
