Abstract
|
[Objective] Observe the effect of Shenfu Injection combined with acupuncture external treatment on patients with septic shock. [Methods] Randomly divide the 66 selected patients with infectious shock into two groups:a control group and an observation group, with 33 cases in each group. Both groups received routine Western medicine comprehensive treatment. Observation group combined application of Shenfu Injection and acupuncture external treatment method. Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days. Compare the changes in inflammatory injury indicators including procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),oxygen metabolism indicators(oxygen sum index, central venous oxygen saturation, static arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference, blood lactate) before and after treatment between two groups of patients. Compare the use time of two groups of vasoactive drugs, the target time for early targeted resuscitation therapy(EGDT),and the 28-day mortality rate. [Results] After treatment, the observation group had lower levels of PCT,CRP,IL-6,blood lactate, and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The oxygen and index and central venous oxygen saturation in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-1 between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group had significantly lower use time of vasoactive drugs,EGDT target time, and 28-day mortality rate compared to the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The application of Shenfu Injection combined with acupuncture external treatment in the early treatment of infectious body disease can effectively reduce inflammatory reactions, improve tissue hypoxia, shorten the use time of vasoactive drugs, and reduce mortality. |
